How to care for your hanko

Simple care for your hanko: wipe away ink gently, keep it dry and use a soft stamping mat.

After stamping, gently wipe the ink off with a soft tissue. Do not wash your hanko with water.

Keep it in its case, away from direct sunlight, heaters and very dry places. Natural materials can crack.

Stamp on a soft mat for a clean impression. If you notice damage, stop using the seal and contact us.
