Seals are custom-made with your name, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If a seal is different from the approved proof or damaged on arrival, contact us within 7 days after delivery. We will make a new one for free. Supplies (cases, ink pads and mats): you can return unused, unopened items within 8 days after delivery. Return shipping is paid by you. Please email us before you send them back. |
